Mandatory Training Alerts are now available: six configurable automations that keep employees, managers, and HR informed at every stage of a compulsory training program, from enrolment through to completion.
Each alert is set up per account - turn it on or off, define the timings, choose who receives it, and customise both the email and the push notification. Some alerts fire immediately after an action, others run on a schedule that looks for who is falling behind.

The six alerts
- Enrolled in a mandatory program - the employee is notified as soon as they are added to the training program.
- Training not started - a reminder sent a configurable number of days after enrolment when no progress has been registered.
- Deadline approaching - a heads-up before the due date, with as many reminders as you need (for example 15, 7 and 3 days before).
- Training overdue - the day after the deadline, the employee, the manager and HR are all alerted.
- Team members with pending training - a recurring summary for managers while their team still has training outstanding.
- Training completed - immediate confirmation once the program is marked as complete.
Why this matters
- Compliance on autopilot - mandatory training is chased by the platform instead of by email threads and spreadsheets.
- Fewer missed deadlines - people are reminded ahead of the due date, not after it.
- Managers in the loop - managers see who on their team is still pending, and are alerted the moment a deadline is missed.
- Control per account - every alert can be enabled, disabled and timed to match your training policy.
- Your tone of voice - email and push templates are editable, with variables for the employee's name, program, deadline, days remaining and days overdue.
- Always up to date - each message is built at the moment it is sent, so counts and deadlines are never stale.
Mandatory training now runs on its own rhythm: the platform tracks who is behind and tells the right person at the right time.
