Learn Content now supports Form components - administrators can embed a Form directly inside any Learn Content, and user submission counts as completion of that component for progress tracking purposes.
The form is configured in the Learn Content builder by selecting or creating a Form. Once added, the form appears in the learner's component checklist. After submitting, the component is automatically marked as done and the overall LC progress updates accordingly. The embedded form is isolated from the global Contribute module listing - it only appears within the specific Learn Content where it was configured.

Why this matters
- Richer learning experiences - combine video, tasks, quizzes, and now interactive forms inside a single Learn Content flow
- Automatic progress tracking - form submission triggers component completion and updates the learner's progress without any manual step
- Structured data collection - gather responses from learners at exactly the right moment in the learning journey, keeping submissions tied to the LC context
- Backoffice control - administrators can create or select an existing Form directly from the LC builder, with no need to leave the workflow
- Full reporting support - form component status is included in LC progress reports, giving HR teams visibility into completion across all component types
- Retrocompatible - existing Learn Contents without form components continue to work without any changes
Forms in Learn Content follow the same technical pattern as Tasks, extending the component model consistently across the platform.
