Learning Assignments now include built-in post-training satisfaction surveys - a structured way to collect feedback from employees after they complete a course or mission. Powered by the Contribute engine (the same mechanism used for learning evaluations), surveys support Likert scales, NPS, multiple choice, and free-text questions, with optional anonymity.

Administrators configure survey templates from the Learning Assignment settings, attach them to a course or mission, and define response deadlines. Once an employee completes the course, they receive a link to fill in the form. All responses feed into dedicated dashboards with averages, distributions, response rates, and trends - and can be exported as CSV or Excel.
