The Users area of the backoffice has been fully rebuilt and is now live for every container. The user profile page, the edit user form, and the Add User wizard all run on the new interface, with no legacy screens left in the flow.

The user profile page opens inside the backoffice and gathers everything about a person in one place: a side panel with avatar, status, roles, career, last login, coins, badges and visits, KPI cards for quiz performance, points and plays, and read-only tabs for Overview, Learn, Recognition and Evaluation & Careers, plus a dedicated Permissions section with team codes, special permissions and exclusions. Header actions cover Edit, Change password, Impersonate, Disable/Enable and Delete, always respecting the admin's permissions.

Editing a user now happens in a full screen form organised by section - general information, team, segmentation (groups and communities), backoffice roles, career and user permissions - and everything is saved in a single request. Creating users uses a step-by-step wizard: add several people in one batch with instant email validation, apply groups, team and backoffice roles to the whole batch at once, and optionally send a welcome email with a live preview before submitting.
