You can now export the attendance sheets of your training actions as PDF. For every in-person or instructor-led (ILT) session where attendance is registered in GFoundry, you get a ready-to-file document listing who was present and who was absent - the evidence you need for training audits and compliance.

Two exports are available. The session attendance sheet covers a single session and shows the training action, the session title and date, and every participant with their presence status. The training action summary covers all sessions of the action and shows each participant's attendance percentage against the minimum required for completion. Both PDFs include a certification footer with the export date and revision, so the document can be traced back to its source.
