GFoundry now supports 360 Feedback Evaluations, a dedicated evaluation type designed for anonymous multi-rater feedback cycles. Unlike traditional performance reviews, 360 feedback focuses on collecting honest, anonymous input from multiple perspectives - including direct reports, peers, and managers.
Administrators can configure a specific skillset for each 360 feedback evaluation, ensuring that competencies are tailored to the purpose of the cycle. Each evaluator rates the participant on the defined skills, and all responses remain fully anonymous.

Why this matters
- Anonymous multi-rater feedback - Collect honest input from reports, peers, and managers without attribution, encouraging candid and constructive responses
- Configurable skillsets - Define a dedicated set of competencies for each 360 evaluation cycle, aligning the assessment to specific development goals
- Radar (spider) charts per competency - Results are displayed in a spider chart for each skill, with axes representing evaluator types (e.g., team, managers, peers) and values showing the average score per group
- Non-annual, flexible cycles - 360 feedback evaluations are always configured as non-annual, giving organizations the flexibility to run them whenever needed
- Clear separation from performance reviews - 360 feedback is designed for development, not appraisal, ensuring participants feel safe to give and receive genuine feedback
- Aggregated insights by evaluator type - Managers and participants can instantly see how different groups perceive each competency, highlighting blind spots and strengths
This feature will be available from March 31.
